Friday, February 24, 2023 is the anniversary of the beginning of the war in Ukraine. This prompts us from the church choir "Cäcilia" Niederbreitbach to organize a benefit concert under the motto: "we sing for peace". The idea is that choirs of the Wiedtal sing together for peace on 24.2.2023 at 7 pm in the parish church of St. Laurentius. The proceeds of the concert will go to Ukraine (here the Malteser in Ivano Frankivsk) through SoFiA (social peace services abroad based in Trier).
