It was set up by the “Haiger und Umgebung” beekeepers' association and informs hikers about the small honey-producing creatures on numerous information boards. “Without bees, our environment would soon no longer be viable,” explains Andreas Rompf (Head of Public Relations). The boards were provided by the German Beekeepers' Association.
