the museum in the Ludwig-Bös-Haus (old school) in Hintermeilinger Straße, has offered a presentation of the entire cultural-historical development from the Palaeolithic Age to the present.

Detailed description

Rare exhibits include a meteorite, a fossil egg of a dinosaur, a collection of British and American leaflets dropped here from 1942-1945, and much more.
The geological section is included in the catalogue of national geological museums, the fossils in the catalogue of palaeontological collections in Germany.
