Upon handover at the Tourist Information, a rental agreement will be filled out, and a copy of the ID card must be submitted.

Upon booking, full prepayment is required. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before handover; for cancellations between 14 and 4 days prior, a 25% cancellation fee applies; from 3 days or in case of no-show, a 100% fee will be charged.

Online reservations are possible up to 3 days in advance. For last-minute bookings, please inquire at Tel. 02638 -4017 or info@wiedtal.de.

Pick-up and return are only possible during our opening hours. Please confirm the times with us in advance by phone.
