Due to COVIT-19, at the moment only travel groups consisting of a maximum of 2 different households are allowed to travel to our holiday home. However, the number of persons remains the same up to 10 persons! Completely new furnished holiday home in Oberraden - district Niederraden - in a quiet location and surrounded by woods. Ideal location to reach the hiking and biking trails in the region, some of which are right outside the front door. Further numerous hiking and biking trails can be found in the immediate vicinity in the Wiedtal, on the Moselle and on the Rhine. Just as quickly you can reach the A3 motorway or the Rhine and Moselle with their numerous castles to make day trips during your holiday. The old town of Koblenz with its numerous restaurants and cafés, the fortress Ehrenbreitstein accessible by cable car and the German Corner are highly recommended. In Neuwied you and your children can spend a nice day at the zoo or visit the butterfly park in Bendorf (20 km). On hot days you can cool down nearby: in the natural swimming pool Niederhonnefeld (3 km), in the outdoor pool Rengsdorf (9 km), in the Wiedtalbad Hausen (13 km), in the adventure pool Deichwelle with sauna landscape in Neuwied (18 km) or in the water park Feldkirchen (20 km). If you would like to take a tour through the Westerwald, then the Stöffel Park, the Wild-Freetime Park-Westerwald or the Wild Park in Bad Marienberg are also highly recommended. In Mendig there are beautiful hiking trails in the volcano park. There you can explore the unique lava dome / lava cellar and the monastery Maria Laach with Lachersee (40 km). The Nürburgring is 65 km away. You will find a restaurant in the small idyllic village of Oberraden and numerous others in the surrounding area. In 3 km there is a very popular cocktail bar with restaurant, a pizzeria is 2.5 km away. There you will also find Burger King and McDonalds. In the neighbouring village in 1,5 km there is an ice cream parlour. Greek specialities are in 6 km distance. Shopping possibilities are in the neighbouring village Straßenhaus REWE 1,5 km and in Gierenderhöhe ALDI and Norma 2 km. In Montabaur you can shop as you like in the Outlet Montabaur. Niederraden and Oberraden offer two nice playgrounds for children.
