Your booking is secured after receipt of 50% of the rental amount on our account.
The remaining 50% must be transferred at least 1 week before your stay.
In the case of short-term bookings and corresponding agreement, the rental sum can be paid in cash on site.
The key will only be handed over after full payment has been received!
Long-term stay:
For bookings of 15 nights or more we grant a discount of 20%.
Cancellation/No-show
Cancellation is always annoying for both parties but usually there is a good reason.
In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the stay we charge 25% of the rental amount.
Up to 1 month before the stay we charge you 50% of the rental sum, in case of later cancellation the full rental price is due.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Check-In:
The accommodation is available to our guests from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
You will receive the key from us personally.
Check-out:
On the day of departure, the accommodation is at your disposal until 11:00 am.
