Included in the price: final cleaning + wood-burning stove + use of sauna
Payment terms: 50% of the total amount within 14 days of booking, the remaining amount 14 days before arrival
Cancellation policy up to 30 days before arrival: booking subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount
After this, cancellation is no longer possible. We therefore recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance.

Travel arrangements

Keys handover: 4 pm on day of arrival; on day of departure we ask you to check out by 10 am at the latest (late checkout possible subject to agreement)

Deposit: € 200, payable in advance by bank transfer, will be returned after settlement of the electricity bill
