Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not arrive by 22.00 on the day of arrival, the contract is deemed to have been cancelled after a period of 48 hours without notification to the landlord. The landlord or his representative may then freely dispose of the property. A (pro rata) refund of the rent due to early departure will not be made.
The rental contract becomes valid upon receipt of payment (50% deposit for private individuals / 100% invoice amount for companies) to the landlord's account. Payment is due within 5 days of receipt of the booking documents / invoice. For private individuals, payment of the remaining amount is due 28 days before the start of the holiday after the deposit has been paid. If the payment deadlines are not met, the landlord may withdraw from the contract. Non-payment is considered a cancellation and entitles the landlord to re-let the property. A heating surcharge is payable during the heating period. Additional costs for water, electricity and waste are currently not charged.

Welcome to our holiday apartment!
It is located in the pedestrian zone of the historic old town and therefore in the heart of the Orange City of Dillenburg, in the immediate vicinity of the Wilhelmsturm, the casemates and Villa Grün. It was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished with new furniture and accessories and can accommodate 1 to 6 people. On 85 square meters you will find all the pleasant and necessary things of everyday life. Enjoy a carefree time, whether for a weekend trip or for your extensive vacation! Are you traveling by train or car? No problem! Dillenburg has its own train station with long-distance transport connections, and if you arrive by car there is a free parking space nearby. No matter what you want to do, you will hardly find a more centrally located holiday apartment. Dillenburg is historically known for William of Orange, the liberator of the Netherlands, and then as now for the wonderful low mountain landscape of the Lahn-Dill-Bergland Nature Park that surrounds the city. From here you can reach the historic town church, the Wilhelmsturm, the casemates and the Villa Grün with its museum about the exciting history of mining in the region in just a few minutes on foot. Take the way back via the historic Wilhelmstrasse with the state stud farm and the carriage museum.
A paradise for hikers
Our apartment is on direct access and is the starting point of numerous local and long-distance hiking trails such as Westerwaldsteig and Rothaarsteig.
