From the west: along the A 3 exit Hennef, then take the B 8 direction Altenkirchen until the exit Birnbach, turn right there direction Hemmelzen, or coming from the south along the A 3 until the exit Neuwied / Altenkirchen, then follow the B 256 until Obernau, turn left there direction Hemmelzen. Coming from the north you reach us via the Sauerlandlinie, A 45 until exit Freudenberg, there you continue on the B 256 until Altenkirchen
Our hotel bus will pick you up in Altenkirchen (DB) for free, at extra charge also pick up from home possible. Use of the wellness area for our guests. Bicycle and e-bike rental in the house, Kindererm. on demand.

Heisterholz: Hemmelzen is located near the county town of Altenkirchen, in a quiet little side valley to the Wied, which meanders its way through the Westerwald to the Rhine. Our hotel and restaurant is located on the outskirts of a small hill near the forest, surrounded by meadows and fields. A place in Germany - rare enough - that is not drowned out by technical noise. At night you hear that it is quiet!
Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the changing seasons: the last blossoming in autumn, the retreat of winter; bright spring ... and summer anyway ... all around in the countryside! We make every effort to mirror this change in the home and in the kitchen. Let us convince you!
