The beautiful circular trail Hü1 leads us out of the village across meadows and fields, along the edge of the forest and a little way through the forest towards Gierend until just before the coal soap gallery. A detour here is worthwhile for anyone interested. A small part of our hike then also runs along the Erzweges. We walk to the Hümmericher Brunnen (well) and past a hut. Again we pass beautiful meadows until we return to the village. Here, the Landhotel Fernblick beckons us with its sun terrace and good food with magnificent views.
