Katja Bohnet, born in 1971, studied film sciences and philosophy. She lived in the southwestern United States, in Berlin and Paris, worked in the kibbutz and toured four continents. For years she hosted a live broadcast on the ARD and wrote as a writer for the WDR. In 2012 she wrote her first novel. Her stories have been published in literary magazines and anthologies, ia. as part of the MDR Literary Competition 2013.
